Recently, our Chongqing-based motorcycle export team successfully completed the production and delivery of a customized batch of YH250GY-16 motorcycles, which has now been shipped to Honduras via a Guangdong port. This project once again demonstrates our strong capabilities in OEM cooperation and market-oriented customization for overseas partners.

At the initial stage, the Honduran distributor selected the YH150GY-16 as the base platform and requested a more aggressive, market-specific configuration to better suit local riding conditions and consumer preferences. Through in-depth communication, our engineering and sales teams jointly developed a comprehensive customization plan.

In terms of specifications, the motorcycle was upgraded with inverted front forks and a front and rear disc brake system, significantly improving handling performance and braking efficiency. To enhance safety and practicality, engine crash guards, auxiliary LED lights, and new handlebar guards were added. The fuel system features a recessed fuel tank design, offering improved protection, stability, and a cleaner visual profile. A fully custom-designed decal set was applied, giving the model a bold and distinctive identity tailored to the local market.

The entire project—from prototype development and specification confirmation to mass production and pre-shipment quality inspection—was completed within approximately three months. The final product received high recognition from the client upon inspection.
